I taught myself to cook after college from watching Good Eats and The Naked Chef, both of which were on the Food Network back in the day. Now I fancy myself a bit of an experimental home culinarian, or perhaps amateur molecular gastronomeur, or whatever you’d call it (and however you’d spell it). Here’s where I’ll post some of my most triumphant food experiments and photos of said experiments!
